WikiED is a "Work In Progress" ~ set up by C. J. Stephen R.N. Angliss Hospital, Emergency Department as an initiative to facilitate communication, education and joint projects within the Emergency Department of the Angliss Hospital.

~ What WikiED is NOT ~

WikiED is not an official Eastern Health Service or Angliss Hospital website. The content and dialogue found on this site does not represent of views of the Angliss Hospital or of the Eastern Health Network.

WikiED is also not a replacement for programs like Word or Excel or Powerpoint although you can present and edit text and other data such as graphics in similar forms here.

Terms Of Service ~ WikiED Space USE ~

Definition:
Use of WikiED Internet Space and email contacts.
Where WikiED Internet Space is defined as all pages and articles contained on this site and its database.
Use pertains to contributions and uploads to the pages and articles within this site and access to them for viewing, contribution, communication and editing purposes.
Email usage refers to use of contact details obtained through this site.
Principle:
To ensure that WikiED Internet Space and electronic mail facilities are used responsibly and productively and do not expose the Wiki's contributers legally.
Policy:
As a member/user of WikiED, it is your responsibility to know, and adhere to these Terms of Service.
Members and users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is constructive and respectful of others at all times. Additionally, we would hope that each member/user would do their best to facilitate a culture of collaboration and positive reinforcement.
WikiED email facilities and web browsing facilities are provided for work, collaboration, education, research and communication.
Use of WikiED Space and email access for the following activities is expressly forbidden:

Any practices that affect the normal operations of the WikiED community (Admins will take whatever steps are necessary to restore service, including banning access to users disrupting service/operations).
Transmitting any libelous, defamatory, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
use of the WikiED space for uploading pornography or linking to sites that could be any way racist or discriminatory;
use of the Internet or email for any illegal or wrongful purpose;
downloading or on-forwarding of pornographic jokes images or information;
Important Note ~ State and Federal laws and Hospital policies regarding privacy and confidentiality apply to this site to the same extent as other forms of written and verbal communication.

WikiED space (page usage) will be monitored.
